About the RP: Two fictional species of wolf (Sasriels and Heus) have always fought against each other with one mind set; survive another season. Though the two seem to be a distinct story of "good vs evil," things seem to shift and change, and all the while, all the other wolves are being drawn into their wars and battles. Some are even used as puppets.
But the last war ever fought was nearly a year ago, and its devistation was so bad that it left the six territories looking like a mass grave. There only remained one Sasriel left, a winged beast who stood heartbroken on the mountain crest of her forsaken home.
Would some return? What new faces would she see?
And in the end. . . what new demons would be faced?

Forks, Washington has always been a place where things have been simple. Recently, with the influx of vampires, people have failed to notice those that have gone missing. The werewolves can't hurt the Cullen clan. They've not broken their contract, they've not hurt a soul. But it's open season on vampires. With everyone in a whirlwind of vampiric chaos and death tolls in Forks rising, the Volturi still haven't shown their faces to stop the madness.
¤ ¤ ¤
Following a trio in Italy, the Volturi are winded and tired. Their bodies go forever, but their minds, caused by blackness in their tracking and the inability to see the ones being tracked, are growing weary, ready to return home. That is when a sense comes. the smell of a creature closer. He's bleeding, wounded. He's what they're hunting. The fourth to the group, making it a trio that's on the loose, rather than four. His words lead them all to Forks, where the Volturi come armed, ready to kill.
¤ ¤ ¤
They carry no scent. They are close. Two males, a single female, each varying in size, each meek and unwilling to become part of a group. What are they? What could be dangerous enough to distract the Volturi when they were clearly challenged by such scary numbers that have climbed in Forks?
S U B P L O T
The Volturi have their eyes on the main prize that exists in the Cullen family; namely, Edward Cullen. With Edward's unique ability for mind reading, the Volturi have their sights set on him. They percieve him to be one of the weakest links in the Cullen family and are looking to exploit any weaknesses he may possess.
¤ ¤ ¤
Knowing that Edward has not yet taken a vampire mate, the Volturi send one of their own ranks, a woman capable of blocking any mental abilities another supernatural being can use against her. This makes her the perfect tool against Edward and his family. This woman has had expert amounts of training in her ability, and years to practice with it. She has set justice to many of her kin at the orders of the Volturi and followed them faithfully. Not only is she a defense mechanism, but she is a lethal killing machine. Her goal is to try to take Edward under her wing and convert him to her cause through whatever means possible. The Volturi have made it clear to her that they could care less whether she seduces him or not, and how many casualties will rest in her hands in the process.
¤ ¤ ¤
With this woman loose in Washington, seeking out Edward specifically, Edward's relationship with Bella could become very complicated, very fast.

In the beginning there was Dygerbi, the only Deity to walk upon Earth. She was The Creator; a single breath from her lungs could start the beating of any heart both in the soil and those wedged between tissues and flesh. At first her gift had been revered; the mortals had kissed the very ground she walked upon and each made a periodic sacrifice in her name. However it was not long before Dygerbi found flaws within her masterful creations; while she had given them life, she had also given them knowledge and imagination far beyond anything nature could have created for itself. Not only that, she had given them immortality; she could give them life but not take it away.
It was only a matter of time until the mortals began to grow greedy, lustful of power and lazy. They cared not for their Deity, their Life-Giver; they instead began to idolise their peers and memories of magic and power fell in favour of petty, political exploits. Though her name was nothing more than an empty promise to a majority of the mortals, there were some that still believed and through their belief they gave Dygerbi power. Enough power it would seem, in order to produce a being that would somewhat replicate her own power. He was but another being of her creation but this stallion, Mortaero, was destined to be her equal. However he was no angel, no giver of life; no, instead he would take them. As the mortals realised they were no longer immortal, no longer impervious to the sands of time, they began to savour the lives of others and themselves; just as Dygerbi had intended in the beginning. Mortaero was the first to realise that he had served his intended purpose; that it would soon be time for him to walk among the ranks of the mortal and face the fate he had cast over them. However it was too late for Dygerbi to simply dishonour him; his power had consumed the rest of his being, rendering him more ghost than flesh. To take his power from him, Dygerbi would have had to destroy him and as the Life-Bringer that was not one of her capabilities.
So Mortaero lived and continued to thrive on the destruction he could cause with mere thoughts but Dygerbi was not finished yet; she could not destroy him but she could still plot against him. Again she used her powers to create and just like last time she worked with good intention but even the best of intentions have room for error; especially if by error, you meant Mortaero. Once word of Dygerbi's creation reached him, there was nothing she could do other than sit back and watch as he perverted something that had once been so pure with child-like innocence; love. Dygerbi had created another being, Ambra, so that the mortals could achieve another level within their relationships but Mortaero had added his two cents and simply created another fuel for their political fires.
Now while you may think that would be more than enough Deity trouble for one civilisation... you would be wrong. There were also minor Deities out on the prowl, each, in their own way, clamouring to be upon the throne of the mortal's minds. Now these Deities were not nearly as powerful as Dygerbi, Mortaero or even the young Ambra but they seemed to have more of a hold on the mortals for they played a larger role in the day to day happenings. Take for example Pacieniib and Paxreviare, the original God and Goddess of Peace. They would answer the prayers of mortals, healing wounds and settling minor disputes. Kapulich and Silere, God and Goddess of War, were there too, upon the battlefield, aiding those that had their favour and hindering their opponents. All was well with these minor Deities until there was uproar with the other Deities. With the creation of Mortaero, strange mutations began to occur within the equine and eventually two of the Minor Deities chose to undergo such mutations; Kapulich and Paxreviare. Silere and Pacieniib shunned their former partners and chose to align themselves together. Thus they created one of the two new "cults"; Uchna where only those that were not mutated could request to be initiated into. The other, controlled by Kapulich and Paxreviare, was for those who had undergone mutations and they called it Tsatio. When Dygerbi created Ambra there was a deeper rift pushed between the presently warring, previously friendly, minor Deities; colour. As mortals began to metaphorically see the world in rosy shades of pink and lustful shades of red, different colours began to show upon their coats. Some colours angered the Deities while others had them entranced but nothing could push the former partners back together again.

Recuced to Nothing... « Result #10 on Dec 22, 2008, 6:53pm »
[bg=white] Wait! You can't do this to me!
Aidan's head hit the roof of the box he was in, as the truck sped over a bump. If his maw had not been muzzled he would have been snarling in pain and frustration, instead, all he could do was whine. Suddenly, the truck came to an arrupt halt. The white wolf could hear men's voices, as they approached his box. Suddenly, the lid was thrown off and sunlight poured him. Blinking in the sudden, harsh light, the three men's shadowy shapes suddenly came into view. Before he had time to register what was happening, one of the men grabbed his ruff and pulled him out, tossing him onto a hard stone surface. There was another man with them this time, much bigger, and he seemed to hold the most power, he had large hands, and with these hands, he reached toward's Aidan, picking him up from the ground as easily as if the huge wolf were a doll.
"Well well well... Seem's you three clown's were right for once, he is a big 'un..."
Aidan growled quietly, but not quiet enough. The large man punched him with one of his massive hands, reducing Aidan to wimper's of pain, while the men all laughed at him.
"You three can go now," the large man growled, and the other's nodded, got into their truck, and drove off.
The man smiled cruely at Aidan, and dragged him over into a stone building. Aidan could feel panic rising in his throat, threatining to overpower him, and reduce him into a wimpering wreck, but he held his defiant pose. The man dropped Aidan onto the floor, and the white brute jumped to his paws, only to be kicked back down.
"Aye and stay there Mutt!" the man snarled.
Aidan lay on the floor, even though he couldn't understand the man's words, he understood their meaning. A large metal collar was placed around his neck, and a chain fastend to that. And after that, four small collars with chains to his four paw's. Then he took off the muzzle, but Aidan couldn't bite him. Once again the man dragged him forward's, this time by the chain around his neck. The man slund Aidan in a tiny cage, only just big enough to stand. Then, he locked each of the chain ends onto little clips inside the cage, so tight that Aidan couldn't move an inch. Standing back to admire his handywork, the man smiled cruely at Aidan.
"This is your life now, mongrel,"
Aidan tried to turn his head to glare at the man, but the neck chain held him in place. The man laughed, before walking out and slamming the door. Aidan let a long, sad howl escape him, unable to believe this could happen to him.
"Why me!" he snarled, relieved to hear his voice.
His relief was short lived, as the man stormed back, and slung a tiny bit of food in the cage, and a small bowl of water into the cage.
"Enjoy, mongrel..."
I'm Not supposed to have this kind of life...
